Computer Systems Analyst

Analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional system requirements. Work directly with CI/CD pipelines, embedding security scans (SAST/DAST) and enforcing secure SDLC compliance. Implement automation and AI enabled workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio. Manage development and maintenance of new and existing web-based and client/server applications using Agile (Kanban/Scrum) methodology. Plan, schedule and conduct decision support system tests; monitor test results, and take required corrective action. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); Business Intelligence is required. Work location: Novi, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Database Administrator

The Role: Provide core DBA support on Oracle/SQL Server platforms for production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and tune Oracle database environments for performance, integrity, and recoverability.
- Install, configure, and maintain high-availability environments (RAC, Dataguard).
- Implement backup processes through RMAN and manage data exports/imports via Data Pump.
- Develop UNIX and Perl scripts to support administration functions.
- Maintain technical documentation: standards, user manuals, project plans, and maintenance history.
Requirements:
- Experience: Two (2) years.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems (foreign equivalent or suitable combination of education/experience accepted).
Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.; relocation may be required.

Systems Engineer

The Role: Participate in the full project life cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and operational procedures with project managers.
- Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts for application execution.
- Develop computer programs for data storage, location, and retrieval.
- Manage deployments and provide application support using industry-standard toolsets.
- Tech Stack: Jenkins, Chef, Rundeck, Visual Build, Visual Studio, GIT, TFS, and Service Now.
Requirements:
- Experience: One (1) year.
- Education: Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering Management.
Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.; relocation may be required.
